Languedoc Period Property

Last week I told you about a large period house that I was going to view with clients.

Well, having just viewed the house I thought I'd let you know what it's like.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. A really lovely example of a large Languedoc period property with bags of character and charm.

The grounds need a bit of taming but that's nothing new with large country properties. It's got a large 12m pool and a huge barn on the grounds that is ripe to be turned into a fabulous guest house of probably close to 300 sqm.

At the end of the garden there's also a little three room building that could be an ideal teenagers refuge or even a little one bedroom gite.

All in all, if you're looking for a large period house in this price range you'd be foolish not to have a look.
