Have just seen a great villa on the edge of the village of Tourbes, less than 5 mins from Pezenas.

It's on a plot of land of 1100 sqm, with a tall (7ft) mature hedge all the way around giving complete privacy.

The house itself is 3 beds, kitchen, Reception, bath and shower

It needs re-decorating, but as the agents suggests that it could be bought for something around 315,000 - 320,000 € that doesn't matter.

This is the best house I have seen in this budget for quite a while.

Coeur Marine Apartments, Sete

I drove past the site fro the new development, Coeur Marine, in Sete over the weekend.

The project is coming along quickly as you can see and there are not many units left.

Also shown is the view from the building which fronts directly onto the water.
