Property in Autignac - A Guide to AutignacLocated 19kms from the busy French town of Beziers, Autignac has a population of approximately 750 people and around 440 properties within its boundaries. The village is just off the D909 that runs between Beziers and Bedarieux. Approximately 14.5% of the property in Autignac is owned and used holiday home owners and 71% of the property is permanently lived in. You will find hardly any apartments within the village and as you would imagine the most popular type of properties are 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family houses. Offered in excellent condition we saw this advertised at €240,000. Although there are no supermarkets or hotels in the village there is a cafe that does "VERY copious lunches". There is also a hairdresser, Boulangerie and a resident dentist. Autignac is reasonably close to Montpellier, Perpignan, Carcassonne and Nimes Airports. All of these airports receive regular direct daily flights from the UK. Ryanair and BA are the main companies offering flights from the UK.
