A bio of Gary Ingram
Hi, My name is Gary Ingram, If you have come this far you are probably wondering who is behind Languedoc Property Finders and what makes us think we can help you. My partner Simon Kerridge and I wanted to start a professional property search company in the Languedoc Area of France. As we both have backgrounds in Estate Agency the idea of finding property for people is nothing new to us. The Languedoc is where Simon lives and in the time that he has lived there he has gained an intimate working knowledge of the property market and what moving there or owning a property there is really all about. My role in the Company is to help Simon develop the back office part of the company. In simple terms I make sure the company gets the right exposure and promotion and Simon talks to the clients to understand what it is they are looking for. The website is an example of that. Between 1987 and 2002 I worked for one of the UK largest Estate Agents and ended up running their biggest and most successful branch in Notting Hill, London. Both Simon and I believe that the ingredients for a successful property business are service, knowledge and the ability to add value to your house hunting experience. Value comes in many ways:
A. It could be that we can save you numerous trips here by narrowing your search down to just a small area or particular town. B. It could be that we find a property that is suitable for you before it is on the open market. C. Or it could simply be that we use our time to view ten unsuitable properties in order to find one or two that really fit your requirements
But it could also be down to the fact that Simon and many of his friends and family have already made the move to France and can help you negotiate your way through the maze of red tape or just pass on some of their tips and advice as to what it’s really like to buy and own a property here. |
