Townhouses in Canet selling well

As I predicted, the moment these townhouses started to leek a bit like houses rather than looking like a messy building site, things started to happen.

Of the six houses in Canet that are being developed, there are only now three left.

This doesn't mean that it's only the dross that's left mind you. The units still available are actually some of my favourites. Units 1, 4 and 5 are available, number 4 being my favourite. You can a good amount of space for your money, good build quality, 10 year guarantee, garage and terrace in a really nice village with plenty of commerce only 5 mins from the A75 motorway and about 30-40 mins from the beach.
