Property Management Services
Monthly Security Inspection From 60€ per month (inc TVA) 12 Month contract - 60€ P/M, 6 Month contract - 70€ P/M This is a monthly service designed to give clients the security and peace of mind that someone is watching over their property while they are not there. There will probably be periods of weeks or months between your visits to your home in France. Languedoc Property Finders Monthly Security Inspection is based on a monthly visit to your house with accompanying report. You will have access to your own online “Client Diary” where you will be able to see when your home is scheduled to be inspected along with any immediate comments from the visit. Languedoc Property has a team of builders on hand to cater for any emergencies that may need attention. Languedoc Property Finders will manage the repairs of these emergencies as part of this service.
Pre-Arrival Clean 90 € (inc TVA) This service is designed to make your holiday in France as enjoyable as possible. No-one wants to arrive at their holiday home having been away for several months only to have to spend the first day of their holiday giving the house a top to bottom clean. Languedoc Property Finders Pre-Arrival Clean will ensure that when you arrive, your holiday home is fresh and aired and ready for you to unwind and relax from the moment you walk through the door. This price for this service is based upon a three hour clean. Languedoc Property Finders will visit your property and confirm whether this level of clean is suitable for the size of your property prior to issuing a contract for you to sign.
Laundry Pack 95 € (inc TVA) A simple laundry run ideal for those of you have rented out your home or had friends to stay while you’ve not been there. The Laundry Pack includes collection of bed linen, washing, ironing and making of beds all ready for your arrival.
Pre-Arrival Welcome Pack 180 € (inc TVA) This is the Rolls Royce service. The one that presents your property ready for your arrival in the way that you would do it yourself. Our Pre-Arrival Welcome Pack includes a 3 hour clean (subject to size of property), Freshly made beds, heating on the day before you arrive if necessary and a welcome pack of food in the fridge. This will allow you to walk into your home as if you had never left, not needing to worry about not having any milk or digging out your linen from a dusty bin bag and starting the laborious process of making the beds. All while the children are moaning that they’re tired and hungry.
Bespoke Problem Solving Price on application There are times when you’re not in the country and something crops up that needs your attention. A neighbour wants to ask you for permission to create a new opening in an adjoining wall that overlooks your garden. Or your electricity meter needs to be changed and you can’t be in the country to deal with it. Or you need to confirm a meter reading and your French isn’t good enough to understand the automated phone system of the services company you’re trying to contact. All these things are so much harder to deal with when you’re in a different country. That’s why Languedoc property Finders are here to represent your interests in order to be able to solve these problems as quickly and efficiently as possible with your interests at heart.
