Montpeyroux is located to the north east of Clermont L’Herault and to the south of Lodeve. It is around 40 kms from the City of Montpellier.

In total there are just fewer than 600 properties in Montpeyroux and these house just over 1000 permanent residents. Second home ownership in the village is quite high and around 16% of all properties are used as holiday homes by foreign owners or other French nationals.

Montpeyroux is reasonably close to four different airports. Montpellier Airport is the closest (35kms) and from here you can get to and from the UK with either Ryanair of British Airways.

Nimes Airport (95kms), Perpignan (140 kms) and Carcassonne (145kms) also offer a steady stream of flights from the following airports: Dublin, Liverpool, London Luton, Nottingham East Midlands and Stansted.
