The ski resort of towns such as Les Angles is another popular area for foreign buyers and you can again buy apartments in modern complexes. As demand for holiday accommodation is so high in this part of the Pyrenees you can quite easily find new complexes where the developers will offer you a guaranteed rental return for a number of years.

Chocolate box ski chalets, the kind you find on postcards with roaring log fires and snow covered roofs can still be purchased in Les Angles for less than €200,000!

Getting to the Pyrenees Orientales has never been easier and you have the choice of flying into any of these airports: Perpignan, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Nimes, Girona, Montpellier and Barcelona.
