VINEYARD AND WINES

Château St Pierre de Serjac was built in 1887 by Baron Cyprien de Crozals who hired the services of Louis Michel Garros, an architect from Bordeaux. The estate was then run by descendants of the family until it was bought in 2011 by Domaine & Demeure and Vignobles Bonfils, which gave it a new lease of life in 2016.

The cellar and the vines have been entirely restored, managed by Laurent Bonfils and his team, with the intention of protecting and highlighting the terroir and the grape varieties to create emblematic and exceptional wines.

The estates wines and those from other Bonfils estates in the Languedoc and Bordeaux are served in our restaurant and are available for sale in our wine shop. Discover the vineyards surrounding Château St Pierre de Serjac on foot or by bike, follow the marked trails to observe and learn about the grape varieties that are at the heart of our wines.

RESTAURANT & BAR

The on site restaurant serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine alongside brasserie classics using the best, fresh and seasonal produce, in a convivial environment frequented by both locals and guests in Puissalicon near Magalas.

The chef and his team invite you to discover his cuisine and dishes served in the magnificent dining room or on the terrace, which offers spectacular views of the vineyards. We are open every day of the year for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and special events. For those of you who prefer to dine in the comfort of your property, there are other options : All properties have a modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a Weber barbecue. Should you not wish to cook, our restaurant can deliver fresh meals to your home.
