This is a great little house in a peaceful residential area of Caux. Caux is a very popular village with a historic centre with shops and restaurants and just 5 minutes drive from Pezenas.
The house needs a bit of TLC but the bones are good, built in 1982 it has a veranda and lots of light. It has a large garden with established trees and is plenty large enough for a pool.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, separate kitchen and the veranda plus a bedroom and bathroom.
