This charming village house in Margon, 15 minutes from Pézenas, has been renovated to give large open spaces with high sloping ceilings on the second floor and more traditional rooms on the first floor. Margon is a small village with one good restaurant right beside Roujan which has shops, cafés, restaurants, a secondary school, supermarket and petrol station.

In terms of layout it is very unusual, the house forms an L around a smaller village house so the kitchen window, master bedroom window faces South West. The garage has an open space in front to make turning easier. The front door is at the top of a short flight of steps and you enter directly into the kitchen / dining room. Behind that on the left is one bedroom with an interior window and a wc and to the right the cosy living room. The stairs lead from a corridor behind the living room to the open plan space with the beautiful sloping ceilings. The bedroom and bathroom are above the kitchen and the mezzanine area is above the first floor bedroom.
