Languedoc Property Finders was set up by Simon Kerridge who has over 30 years’ experience as a residential Estate Agent. Simon has lived full time in the Languedoc since 2001 and is based in the historic town of Pezenas. Below are some of the reasons previous clients are happy to recommend us.
You'll find our offices just off the main road into Pezenas (The D13) coming from the A9 motorway, just before you get to the first main roundabout. Please feel free to visit us or telephone us while you're in the area.
As with a standard UK Estate Agency our fees are paid by the seller as a percentage of the selling price. There are no fees charged to the buyers. We do also offer a property finding service. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this.
We provide a professional approach to local Estate Agency. Our brief is simple. Listen to what the client is looking for and try to match as many of their criteria as possible. We are not interested in taking you to see properties that we do not feel fit your requirements.
