Alice, March 2025.... Simon and Michéle, the Phil and Kirstie of the Languedoc! 5 years ago, staying in the Pézenas area, we first formed ideas of looking for a holiday home for our young family. Already back then, it was the name of Simon Kerridge that was given to us as a top tip - both from an English family we met in Caux, and the French owner of the place we were renting on Airbnb. The English family had found their dream holiday home through Languedoc Property Finders while the French owner had ultimately self-built, but when previously searching had found Simon to be the best estate agent in the area. It seems fitting that whilst we viewed other properties with competent agents on our ‘on-off’ journey (our search was often on pause), it was through LPF that we found the great place we’ve recently bought. In our case it was the wonderful Michéle Bogucki who gently maintained contact, only sending options with genuinely high potential. On about the third try, came the details of the property that became ‘the one’. Beyond just the property finding skills, it was the personal service we received that reinforced why this agency has such a good reputation. Michéle has helped us with every aspect of taking on a property in a different country, the pre and post sales care have been impeccable. Responsive and warm, Michéle is great at her job, added to which Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and there’s no question that in many happy years time if we come to put our property on the market, it will be with these guys!

As with a standard UK Estate Agency our fees are paid by the seller as a percentage of the selling price. There are no fees charged to the buyers. We do also offer a property finding service. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this.
